Commentary:
Four real estate (lens assessed against 198014x65'Oxford mobile home situated on lot 2A, Prays
Mobile Home Park, 438 Faison Road (a portion of tax map R21, lot 5), then owned by Kenneth and
Ann kip, matured between 1996 and 1999. The liens were paid in full In December 2001 under a
wortout agreement Staff proposes to issue a quitclaim dead to return the property to the current
owner In order to dose the file.
The Finance Committee recommend approval of this item to the City Council at Ra May 2, 2007,
meeting.

(TITLE.) Order, Authoring Execution of a Munidpal Qultdaim Deed far Real Estate
Located at Lot 2A, Pray's Mobile Home Park.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CM COURCIL OF THE CM OF BANGOR THAT
Deborah A. Cyg Fnance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of
Bangor, to execvm a municipal quitclaim deed releasing any interest dre Qty may have in a
mobile home situated on lot 2A, Pray's mobile home Park, 938 Fnson Road, Bangor, by virtue
of a matured liens recorded in Book 6139, Page 265, Book W6, Page 2%, Book 6219, Page
193, and Book )895, Page 85Penobszot County Registry of Deeds. Said deed shall be directed
to Philip Jordan as sumessor in Interest to Kenneth & Ann Frig. A copy of said deed is
attached hereto.

MUNICIPAL QIBTCLAM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Bangor, Penobscot County,
Maine,as Grantor, for consideration paid, rotators to PHILIP JORDAN, successor in interest to
Kenneth and Ann Fitz, of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, as Grantee, a certain lot or parcel of land
with the buildings therwn, situate in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more
Particularly described as follows, viz:
Mobile home situated on Lot 2A, Pray's Mobile Home Park
at 438 Pinson Ronal in said Bangor, and fmfia described
as a 198014x65 Oxford. Said mobile home is fartba
designated in City records as real estate account number
4698, Assessor's Map R21, Lot 5.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances
belonging to the granted estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any interest the Grantor may have in the
abovedesalbed property by virtue off real estate tax liens assessed against Kenneth and Ann Fitz
end recorded in Book 6139, Page 265; Book 6406, Pap 256; Book 6719, Page 143; and Book 7095,
Page 85,Pambscotitegistryof Deeds. All public easements orotha public interests r the described
premises for roads, sewem, or other proposes are expressly resermed.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal,
and signed in its corporate name by DEBORAH A. CYR, Finance Director, thereupon duly authorized
this day of May, 2007.
