Responsible Department: Engineering Commentary: Bangor Hydro has requested thatthe City execute three easements to allow itto dace subsurface utility conduits and vaults near the comers of Buck and Main, Dutton and Main, and at the end of Dutton Street toward the river, the exact location to be determined in conjunction with the Engineering Department. This will allow the Hydro to replace an emsting utility pole that has been hit by cars on a couple of occasions and to avoid molding digging up Main Street It Is also necessary to reroute power as the result of the racino project. Easementsarenecessarysincethe conduits and vaults will be located on City property rather than in the right-of-way.
