Department Head In 2005, the City Council established a Taxicab Regulation Advisory Committees to review the CINs system of cab regulations and the rates in effect. As apart of this effort, a temporary here increase was enacted, primarily to offset the then rapidly escalating prim of gasoline. Since then, the temporary rate Increase has been e#ended several times.
