Commercial Loading Zone to Two Hour Parking
Responsible Department: Community and Economic Development
A former retail building on May Street is being concerted to an office building. There are no
remaining retell businesses on this block cf May Street. Adjacemparking spacesaredesignated as
limited to 2 hour parking with the a ptiun of a designated loading zone, for which mare is no
longer a demand. Thecument Downtown Parking Addsory Committee recommends creating three
2 -hour spaces in the area formedy designated as parking for commercial vehicles only.

(MLE.) Ordinance, Amending the On Street Parking Regulations on May Street— From Commercial
Loading Zone to Two Hour Parking
BE R ORDAEJED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE QTY OF BANG R'CMAT
The map of the Downtown Parking Management Distict, as adopted by Chapter 291-37 B of
the Code of the City of Bangor, is hereby amended as follows:
Deletion of the area on May Street designated as "parking for commerelal vehicles
only ; and
Addition of spaces to be numbered 2502 through 2504, said spaces to be designated
far parking limited to two hours.
