Responsible Department Legal Two sewer liens assessed against property located A 171 Essex Street (tax map 48, lot 42), formerly owned by Trina & Douglas Thayer, matured! on January 19, 2007. The Cade Enforcement Office also filed a Ilen on the property for funds expended to secure the property. All of the liens have since been paid in full, and the mortgage holder now requests that the City issue a quitclaim deed and lien discharge to the currentowner, Option One Mortgage Corporation. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby autborieed and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a municipal quitclaim deed releasing any Interest the City may have in the real estate located at 171 Essex Street, Bangor, by virtue of matured sewer liens recorded in Book 9985, Page 103, Book 9985, Page 202, and Book 9985, Page 201, and a lien filed by the Code Enforcement Office, Book 10,671, Page 330, Penobscot County Registry a Deeds.
