January 200'/. The hens have since been paid m full, and the mortgage holder now
requests that the City issue a quitclaim deed to Ne current owner, Joel Plos j. All other
taxes are current and there are no outstanding code issues.
The Ftinance Committee recommend approval of this item to the City Council st its March
5, 2009, meeting.
