As a result of this action, a search warrant was exerted at the Defendant's residence on May Street, which led to Me sel of additional herein and cash. Bran Joneswas charged and later convicted of drug trafficking. Prosecutors in the case filed for forfeiture on an amount of cash that was selzed from Me Defendant. Because the CJNs Police Departhrent partkipated in this investigation, it is eni tled to a portion M the forfeited assets in the case. Department Had Recommend approval.
