Barrett, City Manager. Resnonsible Oenari nent ON Council Commentary: The City Council recently completed the annual evaluatlon of the City Manager. As a result of that process, an amendment to the Manager's existing employment agreement has been prepared that incorporates the results of the evaluation. The amendment adjusts the Managers salary to grant him an approximate 3% cest of living similar to that provided in July to all non -unionized City employees and a 2.5%ment increased based on the results of his evaluation. The evaluation and amendment to the employment agreement were developed under the adopted City policy governing the evaluation of Council appointees, and the Council has discussed the evaluation and Wnges to the employment agreement With the City Manager.
