GAS PIPELINE To the Bangor City Council 08 283 Bangor Gas Company, LLC respectively nyuests permission to place and maintain buried pipes, valves, caps, valve boxes,-mardsoles, macer wires, warm; rapes other fixtures in, along, under and across portions of the surface of the public streets and highways as further described in the attached table titled "Location Permit Request". The above referenced pipes and other fixtures will be placed in accordance with the enclosed plan sheets. The plans are prepared on Base Maps generated from wrist photography. The aerial photographywas taken on November 18, 1998. In conjunction with this location application, Bangor Gas Company, LLC also request permission to place and maintain the previously described pipes and other fixtures in,. along under and across the above intersecting public ways for the purpose of making councefons with such other Nations of the natural gas distribution system and buildings as may be desired for the purpose of distfibuting natural gas. Mum, N .,wool 08 283 Bangori, dGas The Neutral Choice LOCATION PERMIT REQUEST FOR THE INSTALLATION OF NATURAL GAS DISTRUBUTION MAINS WITHIN THE ROAD AND STREET RIGHT-OF-WAYS OF THE CITY OF BANGOR As an integral part of the development of the natural gas distribution system for the City of Bangor, Bangor Gas proposes to install polyethylene natural gas system piping within the road and street right-of-ways. The pipe material will be EE 2406, medium density polyethylene gas pipe. The pipe color will be yellow, in compliance with the national color code standards for utilities. The pipe will be installed by trenchless and/or Conventional open cut -ditch methods. All gas mains will be handled at a minimum depth of three feet bellow finished surface wade. Refer to the attached plans and table below for details of the proposed construction.
