LOCATION PERMIT APPLICATION FOR BURIED NATURAL, GAS PIPELINE To the Bangor City Council Bangor Gas Company, LLC respectively requests permission to place and maintain buried pipes, valves, caps, valve boxes, manholes, tracer wires, warning tapes other fixtures in, along, under and across portions of Ore surface of the public streets and highways as further described on the attached table titled 'Taxation Permit Request". The pipe material will be PP 2406, medium density polyethylene gas pipe. The pipe color will be yellow, in compliance with the national color code standards for utilities.
