Resolve, Accepting and Appropriating 2006 Shelter Plus Care Funding from HUD — Project -Based Rental Assistance WHEREAS, the City of Bangor submitted applications to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for Federal Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Funds; and WHEREAS, the City has been Ratified R will receive $126,720 as a Flve-year award for project - based rental assistance units at Northside Apartments, 222 Griffin Road, Bangor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGORTHAT: grant funds In the amount of $126,720 from the U.
