All outstanding charges due the City have been paid. Because the liens had matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to release the Citys interest in the property. Due to scheduling issues, this quitclaim deed has not been to the Finarxe Committee. However, everything is in order for consideration and Finance and Legal staff recommend approval. Said deed shall be directed to Andrew and Sherry Miller in a form approved by the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor.
