Item/Subject: ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real Estate
Located at 733 Union Street
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary: Real estate liens matured on the property of Andrew and Sherry Miller of
733 Union Street. All outstanding charges due the City have been paid. Because the liens
had matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to release the Citys interest in the
property.
Due to scheduling issues, this quitclaim deed has not been to the Finarxe Committee.
However, everything is in order for consideration and Finance and Legal staff recommend
approval.
