To address this, the Council authorized discontinuance of a portion of Webster Avenue in 2006, but a quitclaim deed was never exerted. This Order would authorize she execution of a quiWaim deed while retaining easements for future public trall and public Wi ty uses. The Finance Committee recommends approval.
