They are as follows: 1. Resolve required by TRIe 20-A MRSA far the Vocational Education Region #4 operating budget a $2,309,158 (Bangor's assessment will be $440,282 and Is Included In the Department's budget) and Vocational Education Region #4 Adult Education Budget of $330,4 (Bangor's share is $10,599). 2. Resolve approving the School Department's Enterprise Fund Budget of $1,248,083. This orvers the Fo0d Service Program. 3. Resolve approving the School Department's Special Revenue Fund Budget of $2,412,666. These are various grant programs. 4. Resolve approving the School Department's Trust and Agency Budget of $1,016,398. This is primarily for various regional programs. In addition and in accordance with the requlrements of W 1, the following Articles must also be approved. 1. Article 1 will appropriate the local share of the total costs of the Essential Programs and Services funding model in Ne amount of $14,501,372. 2. Article 2 will appropriate the non -state funded debt service allocation in the amount of $]96,324. 3. Afticle 3 will authorize the approprlaton of local funds in excess of the maximum spending target limit of $4,211,855. 4. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR THAT In accordance with 20-A MRSA Section 15671 A. 4, the following separate article authorizing an appropriation of $4,211,855 of local funds in excess or the maximum spending target is hereby approved. ARTICLE 3: The City of Bangor shall mise and appropriate $5,157,904 in additional local funds, which exceeds the State's Essential Programs and Services allocation model by $4,211,855 as required to fund the budget recommended by the 8argor School Committee.
