Bangor Historic Track Inc. has requested that the leased area be descHbed with a metes and bounds description. Hence, R is hating the leased area surveyetl and is requesting an amendment to the lease to add the metes and bounds description to it. A memorandum of Lease was recorded for the Lease and this Order will authorize the recxmdiW of an Amended Memorandum of tease for the amended lease. This does not affect the rights and obligations of the pasties in any way. This Order will authorize the amendment to the Lease.
