The current Lease with Bangor Historic Track, Inc. includes a description of the leased area as a
map that is cross -hatched. Bangor Historic Track Inc. has requested that the leased area be
descHbed with a metes and bounds description. Hence, R is hating the leased area surveyetl
and is requesting an amendment to the lease to add the metes and bounds description to it. A
memorandum of Lease was recorded for the Lease and this Order will authorize the recxmdiW of
an Amended Memorandum of tease for the amended lease.
This does not affect the rights and obligations of the pasties in any way.
This Order will authorize the amendment to the Lease.

Bangor Historic Trach, Inc. -- Property Metes and Bounds Description and Amended
Memorandum of lease — Bass Park
WHEREAS, the Gty of Bangor and Bangor Hotork Track, Inc. are parties to a lease of a portion
of Bass Park and the description of the leased area is shown on a map that is Ooss-
ha[dnecl;and
WHEREAS, Bangor Historic Track, Inc. has requested that the leased area be described with a
metes and bounds description and is having the leased area surveyed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CRY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR
THAT
Edward A. Barrett, the Ory Manager, on behalf of the Ctty of Bangor, is hereby autMnzed to
execute an amendment w the Final Lease between the any of Bangor and Bangor Historic
Track, Inc to acid a metes and bounds descnption of the area leased by Bangor Historic Track,
Inc. and M execute an Amended Memorandum of Lease for Me Amended Final Lease. Said
amendment and amended Memorandum of Lease shall each be In a final form as approved by
the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor.
