The funds will be used to improve preparedness and response capabil"nies for Homeland Security related events. The monies will be used to provide funding for special teams support, automatic vehicle locator software, a school generator, a special response vehicle, port security, water/communication facility security, National Incident Management System compliance and additional funding for the GIS project.
