Por a number of years, Sally Healey has worked with the Greater Penobscot Consortium to coordinate the
HUD Homeless Continuum of Care Project. This project Is designed to evaluate the areas needs for housing
for the homeless, coordinate Me efforts of various agencies invdved In providing services, and assist in
devebping the annual grant submitted to HUD for funding of Mese projects. This order will authorizing the
City Manager to enter Into a Personal Services Agreement with Sally Healey to continue this wodc this year.
The tern of the contract is April 14, 2008 through June 30, 2000.
Funding for this contract comes from a variety of sounres Including the City's operating budget, the State of
Maine, and a number of participating agencies.
