That the Code of the City of Bangor, Chapter 165, § 165-13, entitled "Definitlons", be
amended by incorporating the following definitions:
CELLULAR TELECOMMUNICATION EOUIPMENT— Antennas receivers or other devices that
send, receive, or prgi;ew cellular telephone sionals. Cellular Telecommunication EQuipment
shall not include Cellular Telecommunication Towers and Radio and Television Broadcast
Towers

Chapter 165-13 Definitions
Council Ordinance GB -115
Please be advised that the Planning Board at es regularly scheduled meeting on March 18,
2008 held a Public Hearing on the above Land Development Cade Amendment.
Planning Officer Gould Indicated the proposed language was developed as part of the
comprehensive draft on radio television and cellular tourers. The definitions were
inadvertently left off the initial Ordinance Amendment and now will have a separate
hearing.
There were no proponents or opponents to the proposed definitions.
The Board voted unanimously to recommen ! Nat the City Council adopt the proposed
defirudons in support of the changes far various radio and television towers (C.0. OB -115).
