Gould, Planning Officer SUBJECT: Amending Land Development Code Chapter 165-13 Definitions Council Ordinance GB -115 Please be advised that the Planning Board at es regularly scheduled meeting on March 18, 2008 held a Public Hearing on the above Land Development Cade Amendment. Planning Officer Gould Indicated the proposed language was developed as part of the comprehensive draft on radio television and cellular tourers. The definitions were inadvertently left off the initial Ordinance Amendment and now will have a separate hearing. There were no proponents or opponents to the proposed definitions. The Board voted unanimously to recommen ! Nat the City Council adopt the proposed defirudons in support of the changes far various radio and television towers (C.0. OB -115).
