This Agreement follows the lune 30, 2007 expiratlon of the most recent agreement between the Parties. Major points of significance include: a three-year term; wage adjustments of 3% "at one, 3% year two, and 3% year three; new health Insurance carver, rates, and cost sharing base plan; small adjustments for the tool allowance and uniform rental; addition of a small stipend for Class A commercial drivers license and inspection license; and addition of new pay steps in the second and MIN year of the corroaciL The Fleet Maintenance unit recently, voted to ratify the Proposed! Tentative Agreement. The Agreement has been reached within the bargaining guidelines previously established by the City Council, and it is now ready for your consideration. This has been reviewed in Executive g lion with the Council. The Agreement is presented with the recommendation of Me Management Negotiating Committee (Harry Courlols and Bob Dawes). A copy of Me erre agreement will be provided under separate cover in the Council packet.
