December 15,1986. ThIs resldenmal subdivision is served by Jennifer Lane. The City Engineer has
determined that Jennifer Lane has been sat sfacterlly completed.
The attached Order is a routine action ro formally accept this street as a public way.

' CITY OF BANGOR
(TITLE.) Order, Accepdng Street in Stillwater Gardens Subdivision, Section 2—Jennifer Lane
WHEREAS, pursuant to 23 M.R.S.A. §3025, property may be dedicated for highway purposes only upon
certain conditions, among which are the "property owner has filed In the Registry of Deeds
an approved subdivision plot plan which describes property to be appropriated for Public
use" and that title to any such property accepted by a municipality shall be fee simple; and
WHEREAS, pursued to 23 M.R.S.A. §3031 (1), Rhe public acquires dghts of incipient dedication to
public use of lie ways laid out on the plan" from "the date of recording of a subdivision plan
in to Registry of Deeds" and Mat such public rights expire if the municipality does not
accept said way within 20 years from dam of recording of the subdivision plan; and
WHEREAS, the subdvision plan enflted Segwater Gardens SubdWisipn, Section 2 Final Subdivision Plat,
Prepared by Misga & Day, dated December 9, 1986, approved by the Bangor Planning Board
on December 15, 1986, Is recorded at the Penobscot County Registry of (feeds In Map File,
Plan #C7-87 on January, 27, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Mee exists on the above referenced plan a certain way identified as Jennifer lore to be
used by the public to access properties in Mus subdivision; and
WHEREAS, said public way on the above referenced plan has been Inspected by tie City Engineer and
has been found to meet the Cibjs standards and requirements for such public
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE Ir ORDERED By 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR THAT, pursuant
to 23 M.R.S.A, §3025 and §3031, (1) the way referenced and depicted on the wbdivison plan recorded
in to Penobscot County Registry of Deeds as revised and listed as follows is hereby accepted as a
Public Way and Street by tie City of Bangor:

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, THAT the name of the accepted Public Way shall be as listed above and
said way be added to tie Official City Map, and Me Ciry, is autrorized to accept a deed to Jennifer Iane
in a form acceptable W the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor.
