On October 3, 2007, the Ohv received four (4) bids for plow equipment and truck bodies that will be
placed on the to and chassis units approved for purchase on August 27, 2007. The bW prices
ranged from $183,572 m $235,872 - See attached bid tabulation.
On October 15, 2007, the Finance Committee reviewed and approved staff recommendation to
purchase the plow equipment and truck bodies from Hoaand P. FairdeW LLC In the amount: of
$1&3,572.
The bid award recommendation must be reviewetl and approved! by the City Council as It Is over
$100,000.
