A sewer lien assessed against property located a[ 204 Palm Street (tax map 46, lot 200) matured on August
15, 2007. The lien was assessed against Gregory D. Hall, who last the property by foreclosure W Wells Fargo
Bank. Wells Fargo Bank then sold the property to Dan ScHaap, the current owner, who paid the lien. The
Finance Director executed a quitclaim deed W the realm the property to Mr. SCHaap because the lien was
Mid, there were no code issues, and Mr. Rihsap had a closing scheduled before the Council could address
the matter.
