The Stillwater Gardens Subdivision, was approved by the Bangor Manning Board on November 19,
1990, August 19, 2003, and July 16, 1991. This residential subdivision is served! by Garden Way,
Jennifer Lane, and Molly Lane Extension. The City Engineer has determined that Garden Way, -
Jennifer Lane, and Molly Lare Extension have been satisfactorily completes.
The attached Order is a routine action to formally accept this street as a public way.

(TIRE.) Order, Accepting Streets in Stillwater Gardens Subdivision — Garden Way, Jennifer Lane, Molly
Lane Extension
WHEREAS, pursuant to 23 M.R.S.A. §3025, property may be dedicated for highway purposes only upon
certain conditions, among which are the "property owner has filed in the Reg" of Deeds
an approved subdivision plat plan which describes property to be appraprlated for public
use" and that Ube to any such property accepted by a municipality shall be fee simple; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to 23 M.R.S.A. §3031 (1) "tlre Public acquires rights of incipient dedication to
public use of the ways laid out on the plan" from "Ure data of recording of a subdNision plan
in the Registry of deeds" and that such public rights expire it the municipality does not
accept said way within 20 years from date of recording of the subdivision plan; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision plan entitled Stillwater Gardens SubdiMsion, Garden Way and Jennifer Lane,
Molly Lane Extension, Final Subdivision Plat, prepared by CES, Inc., dated October 1990,
July 30, 2003, June 29, 1991, approved by the Bangor Planning Board on November 19,
1990, August 19, 2DJ3, July 16, 1991 are recorded at the Penobscot County Registry of
Deeds in file No 09&91, Plan Book 2209, Page 36, and D120-91; and
WHEREAS, there exists an the abmte referenced plan a certain way identified as Garden Way, Jennifer
Lane, Molly Lane Extension to be used by the Public to access properties in this subdivision;
and
WHEREAS, said pudic way on the above referenced plan has been inspected by the City Engineer and
has been found to meet Me Citys standards and requirements for such public
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE R ORDERED BY THE CRY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR THAT, pursuant
M 23 M.R.S.A. §3025 and §3031, (1) the ways referenced and depicted on the subdivision plan
remrded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds As revised and listed as follows are hereby
accepted as Public Ways and Streets by the City of Bangor:
Garden Way
Jennifer Lane
Molly Lane Extension
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED THAT the name of the accepted Public Way shall be as listed above and mid
way be added M the Official City Map, and the City is authorized M accept a deed to Garden Way,
Jennifer Lane, and Molly Lane Extension in a form acceptable to the City Solicitor or Assistant City
Soliciror.

City of Bangor Planning Board on Augasl 19, 2003, and recorded in Plan Book 2004,
Page 16 of the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds.
Subject To the reversion of a portion of the cul-de-sac as noted on said plan.
