guitnlafm Deed releasing any interest the City any have in the real
property located at 162 Palm Street in said Bangor by virtue of
matured munleipal sewer charge liens recorded in Book 6425, Page 228,.
Back 6308, Page 143, and Book 6592, Page 314, Penobscot Registry of
Deeds, and by viruta of a municipal &war charge lien that is set to
mature on January 7, 2000, recorded in Book 6742, Page 213, Penobscot
RegistryofDeeds, Provided all outstanding tax and sewer fees are
Paid at the Clueing of the sale of the property, scheduled on or about
January 3, 2000. Said deed shall be directed to Harvey w & Jules P
Douglass, a copy of which is attached heratc.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a municipal corporation located in Penobscot County, Maine, as
Grwror, for consideration paid releases to HARVEY W. & JOYCE P. DOUGLASS, both ofBangor,
Penobscot County, Mane, as Grantees, a chain letter parcel oflandwith the buildings thereon, sim usi
in the City of Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows:
Real elate located at 162 Paha Street in said Bangor, and further described in a deed
recorded in Volume 2150, Page 25, Penobscot County Registry of Deeds.
Designated father in City records as Assessor's Map 46, Int 195, real estate sarowt
number 218475.
Any and all other rights, easements, privileges and appurtenances belonging to the
granted estate are hereby conveyed
The purpose of this dad is to release to the Grantees any interest the Grantor may have in the
above described property by virtue of matured sewer lives assessed against Harvey W. & Joyce P.
Douglass and recorded in Book 6425, Page 228, Book 6308, Page 143, Book 6592, Page 314, and Book
6742, Page 213, Penobscot Registry officers. All public easements or other public interests in the
described premises for roads, semen, or other purposes are expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR bas caused this instrument 0 be sealed with its renames seal, and
signed in is corporate name by RONALD n. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
