Notion for Passage male and Seconded 00 A5 1.1.1 ORDER TOR, Amending Council Order 9I-611 to Reallocate Rood Proceeds Assfoned be PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF BANGOR Change In Use of Proceeds Of General Obligation Bonds Not to Exceed $925,000 The Bangor City Council will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting at 7:30 PM on Monday, December 27, 1999 in the City Council Chambers, on the third floor of City Hall, 73 Harlow Street, Bangor, Maine, for the purpose of hearing public comment on a pmposed change in use of bond proceeds of up to 5425,000, which had been previously authorized, and for which bonds have been issued, to fund certain improvements at the Bangor City Nursing Facility. The change in use will allow for general improvements to the facility. A copy of the entire order is available to the public in the City Clerk's Office at Bangor City Hall.
