Commentary:
In early 1995 Reuse was initiated against William Fox who information indicated were responsible
for distributing muni proud quantities of marijuana in the Barger area The case against Fox was initiated
by the Bangor Organised Crime Drug ENomernent Took Free and the one agent was Detective Ron
Gaetia, who was assigned to the MA force by dse Bangor Police Depanment. The investigation continued
with fee veristance 4U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, the Bangor Police Department, and the Maine Drug
Enforcement Agency.
During the investigation Detective Gaetia was instmmental in identifying Fox, his assets, his
evolvement in drug distribution, and teething his apprehension. Agent Peru Amo also contributed m Abe
investigation. As a result, Fox was convicted on Forced drug distribution charges and his home in
Perdmd seised. The 837,292.98 represents Bangor's eham(26%)dassets cited for am participation in
the investigation.
