In addition, the Treatment Plant has received payment in the amount of $700 for three matured sewer liens. Because the 1997 real estate tax lien and all three sewer liens have matured, a quitclaim deed is now required. This Order would authorize release of the City's interest in the property back to the property owner, Rodney Treadwell. There are no existing code violations. The Finance Committee recommended approval at its November 15th meeting.
