In 1996 payment in the amount of $3,700 was received for unpaid
sewer bills and matured liens against real estate located at 15
Walter Street. The sewer liens were not discharged as they should
have been at the time. The liens have now matured and now require
a quitclaim deed.
In order to accommodate a closing during the week of October 25th,
a quitclaim deed was prepared.
Thin Resolve Would ratify the actions of both the Finance and Legal
offices in completing this matter.

THAT the actions of the Finance Director and City
Solicitor in
executing and delivering a municipal quitclaim deed
releasing taxtltle to property located at 15 Walter Street to T
Properties, Inc., is hereby ratified and confirmed.
A copy of the deed in its executed form is attached to
this Resolve.

The CITY OF BANGOR, acipal corporation located i
Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine,, as Grantor, for consideration
paid, releases to T PROPERTIES, a Maine corporation with its place
of business in Hermon, Penobscot County, Maine, successor in title
to Louis Bornstein & Company, Inc., a certain lot or parcel of land
with the buildings thereon, situate in the City of Bangor,
Penobscot County, Maine, more particularly described as follows,
Real estate located at 15 Walter Street in said
Bangor, and further described in deeds recorded
in Volume 5334, Page 88; Volume 5593, Page 242;
and volume 6201, Page 22, Penobscot Registry of
Deeds. Designated further in City records as
Assessor's Map 25, Lot 160, real estate account
number 66200.
Any and all other rights, easements,
eats, privileges
and appurtenances belongingtogranted
estate are hereby conveyed.
The purpose of this deed is to release to the Grantee any
interest the Grantor may have in the above described property by
virtue of matured sewer liens assessed against Louie Bornstein &
Company, Inc. recorded in Book 5703, Page 140; Book 5703, Page 141;
Book 5703, Page 142; and Book 5703, Page 143, Penobscot Registry of
Deeds. All public easements or other public interests in the
described premises for roads, sewers, or other purposes are
expressly reserved.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
RONALD I. HELLER, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
anti day of October, 1999.
