Resolve required by Title 20-A MRSA for the Vocational Education Region #4 operating budget of $2,411,317 (Bangor§ assessment will be $431,743 and is Included In the Department's budget) and Vocatonal Eduaton Region #4 Aduft Education Budget of $244,360 (Bangor's share is $8,227). 2. Resolve approving the School Department's Enterprise Fund Budget of $1,851,378. This covers Adult Eduatbn, Food Service, and Reading Assessment Program. 3. Resolve approving the School Departmenrs Special Revenue Fund Budget of $2,435,000. These are various grant programs. 4. Resolve approving the School Department's Trust and Agency Budget of $1,141,120. S. Resolve approving State Agency Client Fund Budget of $500,000. In addition and in accordance with the new requirements of LD 1, the following Anodes must also be approved. 1. Article 1 will appropriate the local share of the total casts of the Essential Programs and Services funding model In the amount of $15,350,952. 2. Article 2 will appropriate the non -state funded debt service allocation In the amount of $759,339. 3. AMde 4 will appropriate the total school budget In the amountof $39,695,116. A., there is hereby approved the following separate school budget artide raising and appropriating $759,339 in local funds for annual payments on debt service for non -state funded portions of School construction projects and minor capital projects.
