The proposed contract Induces the following: a one-year term expinng June 30, 2012; no cost of living adjustment (0% COLA); a re&lon to holiday pay for part-time employees; continuation of a call-in pay prarision; and updated health insurance rates and effective dates There are no other changes to the agreement. The Union has recently voted to ratify the Tentative Agreement The Agreement has been reacIned within the bargaining guidelines previously established by the City Council and the Agreement has been reviewed with the Council in Executive Session. The Agreement is presented with the recommendation of the Management Bargaining Committee and is ready for Council consideration. A copy of the Agreement is provided under separate cover.
