S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The funds will reimburse the City for the City $100,000 cost of acquisition of 41 Second Street which the City is transferring to Penquis C.A.P. for redevelopment and reuse as four units of affordable housing under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
