The City of Bangor, which is the applicant, is requesting a zone change for approximately 67 acres located at 100 Dutton Street, Main Street and Buck Street. Bass Park currently falls within three district zoning districts including Government and Institutional Service District for the Auditorium and Crvic Center, Park and Open Space District for the racetrack and grandstand and Urban Residence One District for a small portion of land along Bond Street.
