The proposed zone change is for the parcels of land that comprise the Bass Park Complex. The City
of Bangor, which is the applicant, is requesting a zone change for approximately 67 acres located at
100 Dutton Street, Main Street and Buck Street. Bass Park currently falls within three district
zoning districts including Government and Institutional Service District for the Auditorium and Crvic
Center, Park and Open Space District for the racetrack and grandstand and Urban Residence One
District for a small portion of land along Bond Street. If approved, the rezoning would utilize the
Bass Park District, which was created in 2004 to unify the complex into one district.

Be Itarda/nedby the City of Bangor, as follows:
THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of the City of Bangor dated
October 28, 1991, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows:
By changing parts of parcels of land located at 100 Dutton Street, Main Street and Buck Street
(Tax Map 24, Part of Parcel No. 11, and Tax Map No. 26, Part of Parcel No. 1) from
Government and Institutional Service District, Park and Open Space District and Urban
Residence One District to Bass Park District. Said parts of parcels containing approximately 67
acres and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
