Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authonzed and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 3525, Page 154. Said deed shall be directed m Bangor Redevelopment Corporation, successor in interest to Arthur and Mary Thomas in a form approved by the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor.
