To date, the City Council has authorized contracts with Sink, Combs and Dabbles for
archite¢urzl/emi neering serNces for the GtVs new arena/meeting complex for the schematic
design, design develognent and consbudon document phases of the project. The attached Order
would authorize the execution of a contract for arehltectuml/engineering SeMCC. with Sink, Carl
and Dethlefe that encompasses all phases of the work completed to date as well as the final
architectural/engineering phase of preparing bid documents and construction administration.

services for the construction of the new arena/meeting complex at Bass Park. Said contract
shall be substantially the same form as attached hereto and in a final form as approved by the
City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor.
