Commentary:
Vicki L. T undy wishes to extend a lease of a 155 sq. 2 office at 39 Florida Avenue, Bangor. She
has leased the office for He previous five (5) years for operation of a counseling business. The
lease term is one (1) year and the monthly lease rate would be $173.25. Utilities and maintenance
will be provided by the City.
The Staff recommends approval of this amendment to the lease agreement under the terms and
conditions outlined.

CITY OF BANGOR
(TITLE.) ORDER, Extension of Lease of Offing Space to Vicki L. Trundy at 39 Florida Avenue
WHEREAS, Lessor is the owner of Building #212, 39 Florida Avenue in the Bangor
International Airport Complex; and
WHEREAS, by Indenture of Lease dated August 22, 2006 and amended July 20, 2001,
August 1, 2000, September 22, 20(19 and August 12, 2010 the parties agreed to
the Lease by the Lessor of an office at 39 Florida Ave.; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto wish to amend said Indenture of Lease W extend the rental
term for (1) one year until August 31, 2012:
BE IT ORDERED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR THAT
The City Manager is hereby authorized, on behalf of the Gry of Bangor, to execute an
Amendment to the Indenture of Lease with Vicki L. Trusty, for an office at 39 Florida Ave. in a
form approved by the Cry Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor and containing the following terms
and control
1) The term would be extended for one (1) year, until August 31, 2012.
2) The lease rate will be $113.25 monthly.
