PRESENTATION: Presented Key to the City to Christina Baker Klein
PUBLIC COMMENT Michael Gleason, 114 Walter Street, read a letter to the City Council regarding traffic flow
in the downtown area and the fencing near the Waterfront.A copy is attached to the
minutes.
David Blethen,Parkview Avenue, invited the City Council to the Concerts to End
Violence Across America scheduled for September 25th at the Broadway Park.

Mike Gleason didn't feel the ban went far enough.
Pete Hansen, Justin Grard and Megan Thibodeau spoke in
favor of the ordinance.
