HomeMy WebLinkAbout2016-06-13 City Council Minutes MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING BANGOR CITY COUNCIL—JUNE 13, 2016 Meeting Called to Order at 7:30 PM Chaired by Council Chair Faircloth Councilors Absent:Baldacci and Perry Meeting Adjourned at 8:15 PM PRESENTATION Council Chair Faircloth presented a Key to the Ciry to Paige Brown INTRODUCTION Police Chief,Mark Hathaway,introduced new Officers for the Bangor Police Department PUBLIC COMMENT Kim Meyerdierks spoke in favor of increased bus service as well as a full time position to clean the buses. Al Moreno wanted to see a paper accounting of the money used to purchase the police armored vehicle as well as the protocol for its use. He asked if the public was going to be notified when the vehicle was used.Mr.Moreno also wanted to know why jaywalking violations were not being enforced CONSENT AGENDA ASSIGNED TO ITEM NO.
