Lawrence Wiley introduced himself as a candidate for Senate District 9. Patty Hamilton introduced Gail Lane, the head of the Health Department's Snap Nutrition Education program. Kate Dickerson reported that the 2nd annual Science Festival was a success with over 10,000 in attendance. Dennis Chinoy, member of Transportation for All,spoke in favor of expanding the bus hours and would like to see a task force formed to look into increasing the service.
