PROCLAMATION Proclaimed November as Ride the Bus Month in Bangor
PUBLIC COMMENT Paul LeClair felt a Councilor had violated the ethics policy and wanted
the item presented to the Ethics Committee. He also felt that three
candidates were encouraged to run at the last minute to take votes
away from his campaign.
