PUBLIC COMMENT Several residents spoke regarding the noise generated from the
Waterfront Concerts including the bass and profanity. They felt the
residents of the city were not being shown respect.
Joe Lock spoke in favor of the Waterfront Concerts and felt there
should be a way to compromise for the greater good of the city..
Catherine Conlow, City Manager,indicated that the city had a contract
for monitoring these year's concerts so that the information could be
analyzed and the city was not ignoring the citizens'complaints.
