The bid prices ranged from $195,462 to $339,894 (see attached bid tabulation). On September 5, 2012, the Finance Committee approved staff recommendation to award the contract to Gardner Construction in the amount of $195,462. The contract award recommendation must be reviewed approved by the City Council as it is over $100,000.
