Both the Bangor City Charter and the Ordinances governing elections do not specify a date. However, it has been the practice in the City of Bangor to make nomination papers available 90 days prior to the November election. This amendment will give clear definition to when nomination papers must be available. The proposed amendment has been reviewed and recommended by the Government Operations Committee on June 26, 2012. ,., Manager's Comments: Associated Information: Budget Approval: Legal Approval: Introduced for Passage x First Reading Referral Department Head Finance Director Page , of _ 12-238 JULY 912012 Assigned to Councilor Longo CITY OF BANGOR 41ED.F r i (TITLE.)
