The bid prices ranged from 327,719 to 389,889.50 (see attached bid tabulation). On July 16, 2012, the Finance Committee approved staff recommendation to award the contract to Gardner Construction Enterprises in the amount of $327,719. The project will be funded 90% by the State and the City will provide the required 10% match. The contract award recommendation must be reviewed approved by the City Council as it is over $100,000.
