Item No. 12-176
Date: May 30, 2012
Item/Subject: ORDER, Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — A Portion of Real Estate
Located at Stillwater Avenue.
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
In the 1960's real estate tax liens were filed on the property of Hugh Davis Sr. now owned by
Brohill, LLC. At some point the taxes were paid but discharges of the liens were never recorded.
Therefore a municipal quitclaim is required to clear title to the property.
There are no outstanding sewer charges or code issues. Staff recommends approval
