Under the Airport's existing fuel supply contract, Western Petroleum has the authority to substitute fuel brands. The Airport is requesting authorization to amend the existing agreement to reflect the changes necessitated by ExxonMobil's exit from the market place. These changes will allow the Airport to maintain the existing credit card processing and support functions without extending the term of the agreement. The final agreement will be in a form reviewed and approved by the City Solicitor. This Order will authorize the City Manager to amend the existing Fuel Supply and Branding Agreements with Western Petroleum Company to offer an alternate fuel brand at Bangor International Airport and they will be in a form reviewed and approved by the City Solicitor. Rebecca Hupp Department Head Manager's Comments: This has been reviewed by the Airport Committee and is recommended for approval.
