City records show no outstanding real estate taxes or sewer charges due on the property, but apparently this lien was never discharged. This was discovered when the property was recently sold to Lovley Development, Inc. Because the lien has matured we need to execute a quitclaim deed releasing the City's interest acquired by virtue of the lien. Staff recommends approval.
