Terry Martini, a business owner at 227 State Street, has requested that three two-hour parking spaces be established on the southerly side of State Street between State Street Avenue and Newbury Street. This item was recommended for approval at the Government Operations Committee meeting on October 20, 2014. OF THE CITY OF BANGOR AS FOLLOWS, THAT:. Chapter 291, Schedule IV of the Code of the City of Bangor is hereby amended as follows: Schedule Street Parking Limitations Exact Location Reference IV State Two hours Northerly side of State St commencing at the northwesterly corner of Birch and State Sts and extending westerly along said State St a distance of 300 feet to the northeasterly corner of Maple and State Sts IV State Two hours Commencing at a point 30 feet easterly of the easterly curbline of State Street Avenue and extending to a point 50 feet westerly of the westerly curbline of Newbury Street on the southerly side of State Street as defined by signs Additions are under fined, deletions struck theugb.
