Members of the Bangor Police Department and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency (MDEA) were instrumental in an investigation that ultimately led to the seizure of drugs, cash and property. Since this investigation involved officers with the Bangor Police Department, the police department is entitled to a share of the forfeited assets in this case.
