The applicant, Bomarc Commercial Properties LLC, is requesting a zone change for a portion of a parcel
of land (0.48 acres) located on Bomarc Road (Tax Map R45 -01D) from a Rural Residence and Agricultural

MEMORANDUM
DATE: June 18, 2014
TO: The Honorable City Council
FROM: David G. Gould, Planning Officer
SUBJECT: Amending Zoning Ordinance
Bomarc Road From Rural Residence and Agricultural to
Urban Industry District Council Ordinance 14-203.
Please be advised that on June 12, 2014 the applicant's representative withdrew
their application to rezone property on Bomarc Road. After review of the zoning maps
with Planning Staff it was clear that their delineation of the zoning boundary was
incorrect and the property in question was already zoned Urban Industry District.
