Located at 340 Kittredge Road (Map R60, Lot 5A).

Commentary:
Real estate tax liens matured on the property of Lloyd D. Malley of 340 Kittredge Road, which is in
the process of being sold to Hallie Tyler. Because the liens matured and in order to facilitate the
closing, the quitclaim deed has been executed releasing the City's interest in the property,
however, the quitclaim deed will be held in escrow until the closing at which time all outstanding
charges will be paid.

(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real Estate
Located at 340 Kittredge Road (Map R60, Lot 5A).
By the Oty Couno'l of the City of Bangor:
ORDERED,, Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of
the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may
have by virtue of undischarged real estate tax liens recorded in the Penobscot County Registry
of Deeds in Book 12852, Page 174, Book 13223, Page 212, and Book 13562, Page 201. Said
deed shall be directed to Lloyd D. Malley, who is the current owner, or Hallie Tyler, who is the
buyer, successor in interest to Lloyd D. Malley and in final form approved by the City Solicitor or
Assistant City Solicitor.
